xStore password reset (Lead, Supervisor, or Manager role)

xStore Password Reset

  1. Log in to the Main Menu 
  2. Tap Employee option  
  3. Tap Employee Maintenance  
  4. Tap Employee Maintenance at Employee Maintenance menu 
  5. Enter employee ID # in ID field at Employee Look Up pop-up 
  6. Tap Process  
  7. Tap on employee account from Results List 
  8. Review record to confirm appropriate employee 
  9. Tap Change Password option from right Context menu 
  10. Tap Enter theNewPassword field 
  11. Enter temporary password per determined protocol (use password1) 
  12. Re-enter temporary password in Confirm theNewPassword field 
  13. Tap Process to save and complete
